Computer Science and Engineering Dept. Organized a research talk on April 21st, 2023. The speaker of the lecture was Dr. Sriparna Saha who is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MAKAUT, West Bengal. All students and faculty member has joined this program.

One day Industrial Visit at the Newton Water Treatment plant was organized by the IET-IEM student chapter in association with IET Kolkata Local Network. This plant is used to supply drinking water to a huge consumer section in the Newton area. Few Glimpses of that visit is attached here.

On 11th April 2023 a event named "Colour Splash - let the colours tell your story" was organised by Words of Life & Chromatica the two extracurricular clubs of the BCA department. Students participated enthusiastically and made the event successful.

IEM organized a Girls’ Chess tournament on 5th April 2023 in the management house campus. Near about 120 Girls students participated in this event.some glimpses of eent has attached here.

IEM UEM Cyclothon 2023 in collaboration with NKDA, Telegraph, and CNG was organised on 5th March 2023. Participants from all over west Bengal participated in this event and made it a grand success.

On 25th March 2023 Team UTTARAN experienced another glorifying event held at Kantagoria , Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman. Team gives school bags and accessories to the underprivileged children of the area to take part in the mission of "Zero School Dropout" run by Mr. Chandrashekhar Kundu.

The conference (IC- IEM 2023) was organised on 25th March 2023 by the BBA Departments of IEM.Prof. (Dr.) Mohuya Chakraborty, along with Industry speakers, delivered key points on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Market Space.
