IEM UEM Cyclothon 2023 in collaboration with NKDA, Telegraph, and CNG was organised on 5th March 2023. Participants from all over west Bengal participated in this event and made it a grand success.

PRATYAGRA-The Entrepreneurship Club of BBA Dept has organized an Industry Visit at SOBISCO Plant near Baidyabati on 4th March 2023 for BBA Final year students.

On 28th February 2023 Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata along with Rotary Club Saltlake Silicon valley donated food items to Aashiyana Happy Home Orphanage, a non-profit organization that provides a home to orphaned and abandoned children( Now they have around 170 children). The food items donated include rice, lentils, oil, sugar, and spices, which will be used to prepare nutritious meals for the children at the orphanage.

BBA department of IEM has organized a special event on the occasion of National Management Day & International Mother Language Day. The following events have been organized on account of National Management Day. Advertisement & Content Design, Comparative Financial Analysis, Team Building, Extempore, Decision-making A few events viz. Song, Recitation & Dance are also organized to celebrate International Mother Language Day. The guest of the event was Mr. Avelo Roy, MD & Startups Mentor at Kolkata Venture, who was special guest of this event.We thank all faculty members & student volunteers for their help and support.

Department of Computer Science and Application organized a one day seminar in “ Node. js and mongoDB” on 24th Feb, 2023 to provide the basic knowledge and workability from an industrial perspective in the field of digital marketing and web development. It is one of the leading verticals of the software industry and the students got the insight into working on a live project. On 17/02/2023 an industry visit has been done by students of CSE(AIML), CSBS, at Cyber Security Center of Excellence, Govt. of West Bengal.

Institute of Engineering & Management in association with Smart society USA has conducted the 3rd International Conference on Innovations in Energy Management and Renewable Resources (IEMRE-2023) from 16th February to 18th February 2023. Six international Keynote speakers from different countries along with an Indian keynote speaker attended this conference to make it a grand success. Presenters from different countries participated in this conference. All the selected and peer reviewed papers will be published as the *conference proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series*.

An NBA Visit for Mechanical Department, Electronics and Communication Engineering department & MBA Department will be organized from 17th February to 19th February.
