For the First time, a Cricket tournament was arranged for all Family members in IEM.6 teams participated in 29th January 2022 for the cricket tournament.6 teams were  as follow: a.UEM Eagles b.Management Riders c.Management Warriors d.Ashram Tigers c.Ashram Royals.

Times B-School Ranking 2022. - 1st in Kolkata, 2nd in West Bengal, 3rd in East Zone, 29 all India. - 1st in Jaipur, 2nd in Rajasthan, 17th in North zone, 44th all India. - , - 3rd in Kolkata, 4th in West Bengal, 5th in East Zone 50 all India.  Institute of Engineering & Management in association with Kolkata Nivedita Shakti (KNS) organized 3days events in online mode. To remove gender inequality, to create awareness about girls’ rights & also inform people about girl’s education IEM an association with KNS celebrated 'NATIONAL GIRLS CHILD DAY' On 24th January 2022 in online mode. To pay tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose an online event was organized on 23rd January 2022 in online mode. To create an awareness among female faculty about Motherhood a special event was organized on 22nd January 2022. IEMPOWER 2021 ( 2nd International conference on Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical and Mechanical Power) organized by IEM-UEM group in association with Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET, UK) Kolkata Local Network and Smart Society, USA. It will be held on 26th-28th November, 2021  on online mode .Inaugural address will be given  by Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti, President of  IEM-UEM group on 4:00 PM (IST) on  26th November, 2021.All accepted papers which will be presented during the parallel sessions of the Conference will be published in the SCOPUS Indexed conference proceedings of American Institute of Physics (AIP) ( WEB OF SCIENCE, SCOPUS INSPEC AND CHEMICAL ABSTRACTS SERVICE (CAS), ASTROPHYSICS DATA SYSTEM (ADS) and Google Scholar indexed). Virtual Festivals for Durga Pujo 2021 took place on 3rd October 2021 at Rabindra Tirtha Auditorium. With over 500 Durga Pujo Committees and Bonedi Baris and over 180 banners all over the city, Utsav App welcomes everyone to be a part of the grand celebration of Sharodotsav. The evening started with the lighting ceremony by renowned painter Shri Shubhaprasanna Bhattacharjee, who graced the occasion as one of the guests of honor. Laavanya Ghosh, an eminent artist in Prasar Bharati, Doordarshan Kendra, Kolkata, and Eastern Zonal Cultural Center (EZCC) added a new dimension to the event through her graceful dance performance. Besides her, members of Baruipur Dreams Dance Troop also captured the essence of the upcoming Pujas through their mesmerizing dance, synced with the beats of dhak. We are very delighted to announce that we have finally achieved the 3rd Place in Vishwakarma Awards 2020 and have been felicitated by the AICTE in New Delhi. We participated in the competition with our prototype "4 in 1 SMART Mask" made in IEM Innovation Lab. 38000 Participants applied, among them 968 projects were selected for the 1st round . Consequently, after several round we moved to the final among the top 85. The journey was not easy, This year 1st time we have participated,We didn't expect that we could reach this position, I hope this result made our institution proud ( most probably this is the 1st time our institute got this honour) and inspired our students. We are very much optimistic that we ll do better in coming days.. We are really grateful to Prof. Prabir Kumar Das for constant support and motivation, and very much thankful to our President sir and Director sir.
