 Institute of Engineering & Management in association with Kolkata Nivedita Shakti (KNS) organized 3days events in online mode. To remove gender inequality, to create awareness about girls’ rights & also inform people about girl’s education IEM an association with KNS celebrated ‘NATIONAL GIRLS CHILD DAY’ On 24th January 2022 in online mode. To pay tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose an online event was organized on 23rd January 2022 in online mode. To create an awareness among female faculty about Motherhood a special event was organized on 22nd January 2022. An alternative way of Motherhood helps all-female faculties to know something new.
