ECE 4th year student Subham Mukherjee and IT 3rd yr student Tapabrata MUkherjee of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) got world rank of 22 in Kaggle, world's biggest website for competition in Machine Learning. This is a great achievement and they are still going up in the leaders board.

3 BBA Students (2 from Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) and 1 from University of Engineering & Management (UEM)) have been selected by WIPRO Technologies as Financial Analyst. They will draw a package of 2.5 Lakh in the first year, 3..5 Lakh in the second year and 5 Lakh in the final year with an MBA Degree from Symbiosis.

Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti, founder of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) went to Dhaka on 14th November 2017. A press release in daily sun says he will visit different places of historical importance and educational institutions.

ISHRAE IEM student chapter in leadership of IEM training & placement and coordination of ISHRAE Kolkata, successfully executed ISHRAE job junction 2017 - East zone between 6th to 9th November 2017. Total 125 shortlisted students of East zone participated in the selection process along with 46 students of IEM mechanical and electrical. It is the live demonstration of IEM students event management skill and branding of our new mechanical and electrical department at national level with quality students offering for selection.
