Day- 2 of the Study Abroad Program and Internship for B. Tech. Students of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Kolkata at National University of Singapore began with the introductory lecture of Paul Schulte (from California), Chairman, Schulte Research. Mr. Mainak Mondal, 3rd year ECE department student of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Kolkata invented "Anti Raping Gloves". "Rape" is the most inhuman and heinous activity which acts as a chronic disease for the society.This lightweight "ANTI RAPING GLOVES" is to cease this in-human scenario and construct a rigid solution for women safety, ensuring her dignity and security. The product has its simplicity in its usage and it resembles the normal human gloves. The glove can produce a high voltage electric shock to the person who wants to victimize another person with a push of a single button simultaneously a message will be delivered to another stored mobile number of supposedly the victim's guardian or the nearest police station. Within 2 seconds the device will help to track the victim's exact location. The device contains rechargeable battery . It can be charged by using any phone charger.
