Students of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM) and the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) performed for a program at 24 Ghanta TV news channel......... The program at IEM will be telecasted today i.e. on 14th September, 2017 at 1:30 pm, and the program at UEM will be telecasted on Friday, 15th September, 2017 at 1:30 pm. Indian Institute of Technology,Kharagpur (IIT-KGP) and Sha-Shib group in association with Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) had organized National Students' Space Challange (NSSC) from 1st - 3rd Sept, 2017. Amritayan Banerjee and Tapabrata Mukherjee, the students of Department of Information & Technology of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), had participated in the autonomous robotics events of NSSC and bagged FIRST and SECOND position in BRAITENBERG CHALLENGE and FIROCEOUS respectively. They were honoured by the institute for their achievement with certificates and goodies during the closing ceremony and prize money was also assured to their credit. You all will be happy to note that taapmaan 2017 achieved a new height by establishing new benchmark for our ME and EE department. 1st MOU signed with ISHRAE for ME and EE department- product showcase for skill based practical learning. 2. Deliver 1st workshop on HVAC design for external participants. 3. Grabbing ISHRAE job junction 2017 host opportunity. 4. Renaming HVAC quiz in honour of BBG sir ...a big tribute to our most loved family member. 5. Quiz with own software in line with national standard ....developed by IEM student from IT branch. 6. Successful execution of all event with big participation... two technical talk, design case study presentation, HVAC quiz online and off line along with new CWC installation..
