Workshop on Cyber-Safe: Legal & HR Insights on Responsible Digital Conduct
The HR Club AIKYAM of the Department of BBA, IEM successfully organized a One-Day Workshop on “Cyber-Safe: Legal & HR Perspectives on Cyber Conduct” on 21st March 2025. The event aimed to raise awareness about inappropriate online behavior that often occurs due to ignorance or the perceived freedom of the internet. Participants gained insights into the legal consequences of cyber misconduct and its impact on social and professional standing. Experts discussed real-life cases, emphasizing the importance of responsible digital behavior. The workshop provided a platform for interactive discussions on legal and HR aspects of cyber conduct. Attendees actively engaged in Q & A sessions, clarifying doubts on cyber laws. Overall, the session successfully educated individuals on safeguarding themselves in the digital world.
