28th February is celebrated in India as National Science Day. This day is celebrated in BCA department of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Kolkata and one workshop for the first year students had been organized from 12.00 to 2.00 pm by Paschim Banga Vigyam Mancha, The largest people science organization ( having 3.5 L members) which was established in 1986. On that day they showcased some hands on movement against fundamentalism, superstition and unscientific ideas.
