The 2-day Management Development Program (MDP) on “Conflict Management” concluded on August 9th, 2024, with a Valedictory session and a group photo at IEM Management House. Participants gained valuable insights into strategies for effectively resolving workplace conflicts. They also learned techniques for managing and mitigating conflicts to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment while minimizing potential disruptions.
