International Conference on Advanced Physics : IEMPHYS-23
IEMPHYS-23 was organized by the Department of Basic Science and Humanities in collaboration with Smart Society USA and the Society of Physics Student Chapter (SPS), American Institute of Physics from 1st to 3rd September 2023 at CII Auditorium of IEM Management House. On 1st September 2023, the inaugural session was conducted at 4.30 p.m. at CII Auditorium by chief guest Prof. Dr. Prashanta K. Panigrahi, the Director of the Indian Institute of Science, Education and Research, Kolkata. The conference was conducted for 3 days and guest lecturers from other countries joined through an online platform. In-house students came and presented their papers in front of the Judge and the participants from the outer state joined through an online platform. The best presenter was awarded at the end of the session. It was a great experience for all the faculty members of the BSH department that they conducted a hybrid conference after the pandemic.
