Grant-in-aid of Rs. 16,00,000/- is received from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to carry out Graphene Based Research under Research Promotion Scheme (RPS).
Title of the Project: “Large area pristine Graphene synthesis by Electron Cyclotron Resonance (ECR) Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition technique”
This research is already initiated at Applied Materials Research Laboratory (https://sites.google.com/view/iem-amrl/home), Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Taki as the Principal Investigator of the Project.
The research scholars associated to this project are Samit Karmakar and Soumik Kumar Kundu.
