*Short Bio* of Speaker: Sebastian Joined Group for Sus­tain­ab­il­ity and Tech­no­logy in Janu­ary 2020. Previously he stud­ied Man­age­ment and Tech­no­logy at the *Tech­nical Uni­ver­sity of Mu­nich (Ger­many)* and the Shang­hai Jiao Tong Uni­ver­sity (China). Dur­ing his stud­ies, he fo­cussed on lo­gist­ics, re­new­able en­er­gies and elec­tric mo­bil­ity. In his mas­ter thesis, Se­bastian de­veloped an agent based model to sim­u­late the dif­fu­sion of elec­tric vehicles to­gether with the auto­mot­ive con­sult­ing com­pany FEV. Prior to join­ing SusTec, Se­bastian worked at *McKin­sey & Com­pany* as a man­age­ment con­sult­ant fo­cus­ing on di­git­iz­a­tion and re­source pro­ductiv­ity. Fur­ther­more, he foun­ded and cur­rently co-​leads the Ger­man Green Teams to im­prove the eco­lo­gical sus­tain­ab­il­ity at the com­pany.
