An interactive Technical Session on Microwave Technology

Institute of Engineering & Management in association with AP-MTT Kolkata Chapter organized an interactive technical session on Microwave Technology on 29th April 2022 in Science Auditorium, IEM Kolkata. The key Speaker of the event was Dr. Gautam  Chattopadhyay  who is a Senior Scientist of  NASA –JPL, Dr. Shiban Koul, an Emeritus Professor of  IIT Delhi and  Dr. Chinmoy Saha who is also an Assistant Professor of Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. The session started at 10.00 A.M. and it continued for 12.30 P.M.Prof. Dr. Sanghamitra Poddar started the session by introducing the  speakers  to the students & faculty members. In this session Dr. Chattopadhyay delivered  a technical talk on ‘’Mars landing and relative technical Challenges ‘’.Prof. Dr. Shiban koul gave a special speech on “ Radio frequency MEMS”. At the end of the session Dr. Gautam Chattopadhyay announced the details  about IEEE membership for MTS Kolkata chapter. All faculty members of ECE and all 2^nd year, 3rd year students of IEM ECE department, were presented in this event to make it a grand success. All of them enjoyed the session very much.
