On 5th October 2024, the Electrical Engineering Department, IEEE IAS, and IEEE Kolkata Section hosted “AI – Code the Future,” a celebration of innovation and creativity. The event featured a range of competitions, including a thrilling 48-hour Hackathon held on October 19-20, where participants pushed the boundaries of technology.
Following that, the Postergen Poster Competition took place on October 21, allowing participants to merge technology and art. The event also included the Shutter Showdown, a photography competition, and Reelathon, a creative reels contest. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to design the cover page for the department’s magazine, Art Meets AI. It was a dynamic event, contributing to the shaping of the future in AI and creative expression.
