Department of Mechanical Engineering successfully organized the 4th International Symposium on 3D Printing Technology Towards Industry 4.0 and 3D Printing Olympiad (4th Edition) & Hackathon (1st Edition) during 3rd-4th November, 2023.
The achievements from this event are:
1. Through Industry interaction:paid internship, free training with high-end machines for faculties and students, and free training on design for additive manufacturing software for faculty members.
2. From the hackathon, four numbers of innovative ideas (patentable)
3. From the Olympiad, 2 patentable ideas.
4. During the keynote sessions and paper presentations at the symposium, knowledge sharing, and deep insight into the various applications of 3D printing technology, which has evolved to cater to the current industry 4.0.
All participants were very happy to hear encouraging words from our honorable President Sir.
