B.Tech Admission Notice (2022) of 1ST Round

Venue:Ashram Building, GN-34/2, Sector – V, Saltlake Electronics Complex Kolkata – 700091, West Bengal, India.(Next to Cognizant Technology Solutions Private Ltd, Near SDF Building, Opposite to Nalban Food Park)

Date of Admission and documents verification: 7th September 2022, 8th September 2022, 9th September 2022, 10th September 2022 and 12th September 2022. Time of Admission and documents verification: 11am to 3pm.

Allotted student through WBJEE 1st round must follow the following steps:
Allotted students have to visit our admission office along with the all original documents and YES Up-gradation/ No Up-gradation form.

After the documents verification students have to fill up the online admission form through the below mentioned link.

After filling up the online admission form students have to take a print out of this form and submit at IEM College along with the following documents(2 sets of Photo Copies)

Online Admission Form

Candidate should carry the following document 2 sets with the originals (For Verification)

1. Print out of online form, Money Receipt, SSDP form duly signed by the student and the guardian.
2. Allotment Letter of WBJEE 1st round (Received from WBJEE Board).
3. Rank Card of WBJEE
4. Admit of Class 10th
5. Marksheet of Class 10th
6. Admit of Class 12th
7. Marksheet of Class 12th
8. Aadhar Card
9. Domicile Certificate
10. Income Certificate (For TFW quota Student)
11. Caste Certificate (If Any)
12. Print out of anti-ragging affidavit of the student and parent from [email protected] along with the reference id.(For anti-ragging affidavit visit www.antiragging.in website and fill up the application form)

Those candidates, who will not pay online, can deposit cash/ DD.
DD should be in favour of “Institute of Engineering and Management Trust”

Amount: Rs. 98700/- for General/ Open Candidates.
Amount Rs. 6,500/- for Institute Uniform for all candidates.

Online payment is preferable; it may reduce your admission time.

Note: The entire Photo Copy must be self-attested and must carry all the original certificates.
