Mr. Nigel Akkara, actor‬ came to the campus and interacted with the students of IEM and motivated them in an orientation program.

Team “DarkSwag” from IEM emerged one of the winners in the 2 Day Hackathon organised by Nasscom 10k Startup in association with American Centre and powered by Microsoft, an all India app development contest.

  The idea they pitched was of a Citizen Journalism, Better Governance and Better Safety app. The App is called “The God’s EYE”. IEM placement for BCA batch 2017 has already been started

Out of 33 students recruited by Tech Mahindra from West Bengal, 23 students have been recruited from IEM. Congratulations again to all our brilliant students……

IEM students, working in IEDC Laboratory – Akash Mohta, Arindam Ray, Kaustuv Mukherji and Krishnendu Paul qualified in the national IOT idea generation and prototype designing competition ‘TCS Enginx’ within top 25 team in entire India.

7000 teams participated from all over India.

New players in our basketball court. Kids from New York Public School (IEM group) visited IEM. They were extremely happy to use the IEM basketball court.

IEM student Kislay Raj has developed an app for women safety, which has been recognized by the Central Govt and has been declared as an official app in the Play Store, concerned with women safety.
