Teachers Day celebration in IEM:

Teaching is a profession that teaches all other professions. A day is kept aside to remember all the teachers. This day is celebrated in commemoration of Dr. Radhakrishnan who was a well-known diplomat, scholar, and teacher. To carry forward this tradition, Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata celebrated this occasion with much vigor and enthusiasm. The program started at 4.00 pm on 5^th September on the IEM Gurukul campus. A professors from different departments gathered at Satyasai Auditorium of the Gurukul campus. A portrait of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrisnan drawn by a Student was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakraborty, Director of IEM, and Dr. Arun Kumar Bar, Principal of IEM. After that various cultural activities were organized by students. At the end, they felicitate them in their ways and gifted them a pen.
